I’ve not done any Dru Meditation before – is this course right for me?
This course is for people who are interested in meditation, with actual experience being less important than the willingness to have a go! Dru meditation is relaxing, de-stressing and is helpful in calming and focussing the mind. It's important that your're comfortable, so you can either sit on a chair on on the floor. Please call us if you're unsure, or learn more about Dru meditation here.
This retreat is £330 per person, which includes tuition, shared ensuite accommodation in a twin room at Yr Ocar and vegetarian food. With this special offer, you can bring a friend for free, making the whole weekend £165 per person.
